A German lost another bid Thursday to challenge Canada's claim that he is a security threat and should be deported to his native land, where he faces charges for alleged anti-Semitic activities. The Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear Ernst Zundel's argument that he is being treated unfairly because some of the evidence against him remains secret. Court documents have linked Zundel with white supremacist leaders. Since the late 1970s Zundel has operated Samisdat Publishing, one of the leading distributors of Nazi propaganda. He is also a provider of Internet material dedicated to Holocaust denial, according to the Anti-Defamation League.
