But now authorities are hitting a brick wall when it comes to prosecuting hate-speech as groups on the extreme-right are turning to U.S.-based web servers to spread their poisonous message. And because of America's constitutional guarantee of freedom of speech, there is little anyone on either side of the Atlantic can do about it.
