inhope.org: Maltese Hotline becomes a Full Member of INHOPE

At the recent INHOPE Meeting in London and after receiving a presentation from FSWS-APPOGG the Maltese Hotline, the Members of the Association voted FSWS-APPOGG as a Full Member to the INHOPE Network.
